With over 20 years of experience in Business Operations and HR — and a decade working alongside C-Suite execs — Penny decided it was time to take the leap. In January 2022, she launched her own Business Consulting firm, blending her expertise and passion to help businesses thrive and people breathe easier. When it comes to turning chaos into order, Penny's your go-to!

Meet Danielle — a true multi-tasking marvel and the heart of The Penny Magic! Sure, her title is Project Manager, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. She’s a master event manager, social media guru, storytelling graphic designer, and team wrangler extraordinaire.

With communication skills that shine and leadership that inspires, Danielle makes magic happen every day. Whether she’s juggling tasks or bringing ideas to life, she’s the secret weapon we didn’t know we couldn’t live without!

Meet Allison — the powerhouse who keeps our company running like a well-oiled machine! From wrangling the owner's schedule to being the go-to liaison for clients and spearheading hiring efforts, she’s the glue that holds us all together (seriously, where would we be without her?).
